Trashy neighbors acting like fools, cops show up, again

My neighbors were fighting again,  it spilled outside and created an all out street brawl.  They continued to fight even after a dozen squad cars showed up.  This is a regular occurrence

 What the hell is wrong with them??  I'm getting sick of this shit.
